Our bearing factory was founded in August 1997, the bearing factory covers an area of more than 23.8 thousand square meters, construction area of 13, 300 square meters, green area of 16, 300 square meters. The existing staff of 242 people, all kinds of technical personnel 74 people, the company has 500KW of electricity capacity, 10 production lines, and the production of 16 million sets of bearings production capacity.
The company has test center, measuring rooms, physical and chemical analysis room, a quiet life rooms, equipped with advanced testing equipment, research and development equipment, equipped with a sophisticated detection system is to produce high product guarantee. Also our company co-operated with institute of Luoyang Bearing, Shanghai Bearing Research Institute.

1, Material of bearing
The ring and steel ball is made of VD (vacum degassing) bearing steel (GCr15 is equivalent to ANSIE52100), the cage is punched by quality cold-roll steel (08# or 10#), also it can be prodouced by reinforced engineering plastics. The sheild is made of special material SPCC or stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9) frame and heat pressing nitrile rubber seal, also it can employ the stainless steel ( 1Cr18Ni9) frame and oil-proof, refractory special rubber.
2, The bearing features are high precision, high temperature resistance, long life and low noise, and so on. The deformation series including 2Z, RS, Z, 2RS etc.
3, Package and Marks
Bearings are packed into one plastic tube or wrapped by rust-proof paper and packed into carton. Single package is available, each set bearings is contained into small plastic bag, then packed in paper box. Side marking indicates quantity, mass date volume and art number, or according to customer's requirement.
